1. Is it necessary to buy entry with a specific term of validity? 

No, it is not necessary to buy entries with a specific term of validity. The vouchers are valid every single day from 16.9.2019 to 25.12.2019.

2. What is the deadline to purchase entries?

The sale takes place until 29.9.2019.

3. How to buy entries?

Entries can be bought via https://www.gopass.sk/homepage/vouchers by adding an item into the basket and making a payment. 

4. Is there any discount available to children under 6 years?

Under 6´s do not need to buy entry. Entry for children under 6 is for free – it applies to 2 children maximum to 1 adult.

5. Is there any discount available to children aged 6 – 12 and to seniors?

The same discount applies to children over 6 years of age and seniors.

6. Are entries to Sauna World and Surf Wave included in entry to the water park? 

Entry to Sauna World can be purchased at €7 / 3 hours in the place– for each water park separately and also for Surf Wave for XS surfing 20 min. at a surcharge of €6.

7. How many entries can I buy for 1 person?

Number of entries for 1 person is not limited.

8. Is it necessary to have entries printed with me? How to activate them? 

It is not necessary to have the voucher printed with you as you can show your registered Gopass card which brings you various benefits. Entries have to be activated in your Gopass account in the section Gopass Coupons before your arrival.

9. Is it necessary to do anything else before my visit to the water park?

To fasten your entry through ticket offices you can activate the coupon for the given date. The activation includes several steps, look at them →.

10. What is included in entries for individual water parks?

When purchasing entries, you can choose which water park to visit; either Tatralandia or Bešeňová.  In the particular water park you can use free water attractions (water slides, pools, children´s attractions, etc.) in operation. You can visit only one water park on a certain day. The entry doesn´t apply to a hotel stay.
